FENCES.

Wood, vinyl, chain link, and decorative iron fences — property lines, privacy, dog runs, and security. Built straight, plumbed properly, set in concrete.

Why this matters

STRAIGHT, PLUMB,
AND IT STAYS THAT WAY.

Most fence failures aren't because of the fence material — they're because the posts weren't set deep enough, weren't set in concrete, or the fence wasn't built level on a sloped property. We set every post 24-30 inches deep in concrete (below frost line in northern Utah), which is the difference between a fence that lasts 25 years and one that leans within 5.

We install cedar wood, vinyl, chain link, and decorative iron fencing across Northern Utah. We also handle gates (single, double, drive-through) and slope-adjusted construction.

FAQ

FENCES QUESTIONS.

How much for a typical backyard fence?

100 linear feet of 6-foot cedar: $3,500-$5,500. Same in vinyl: $4,500-$7,500. Same in chain link: $1,800-$2,800.

Permit needed?

Most jurisdictions require permits for fences over 6 feet, or any front-yard fence. We pull permits when needed.

Property survey required?

If property line is in dispute, yes. If you have a recent survey we can work from it. We won't put fence on neighbor's property.

Can you do gates wide enough for a riding mower or RV?

Yes — we build single gates up to 6 feet, double gates up to 16 feet, drive-through gates wider on request.

Sloped property — stepped or follow grade?

Both options. Stepped looks cleaner and is more durable; follow-grade looks less harsh. Your call, we'll show you both options.

How long does install take?

100 linear feet: 3-5 days including post-set cure time. Larger fences scale up.
