LANDSCAPE LIGHTING.

Low-voltage path, accent, and architectural landscape lighting — code-friendly, energy-efficient, dramatic at night, low-maintenance during the day.

Why this matters

DOUBLES THE TIME
YOU USE YOUR YARD.

A landscape without lighting gets used during daylight hours and forgotten at night. Add proper low-voltage lighting and the same yard becomes usable for evening dinners, late-summer gatherings, and wintertime visual interest.

We install path lighting, up-lighting on trees and architectural features, deck and step lighting, and integrated controllers. All low-voltage (12V), safe to bury, easy to add to over time.

FAQ

LANDSCAPE LIGHTING QUESTIONS.

Cost for typical residential lighting?

10-fixture path-only system: $1,500-$3,000. 20-fixture mixed (path + tree up-lights): $4,000-$6,500. Premium 30+ fixtures with smart control: $6,500-$10,000.

Low-voltage vs line voltage?

Low-voltage (12V) is code-friendly, safe to bury shallow, easier to add to. Line voltage (120V) is brighter but requires conduit and an electrician. We install low-voltage exclusively for landscape.

LED vs halogen?

LED only — 80% less energy, 10-year bulb life vs 1-2 years for halogen.

Can I add to existing lighting?

Yes — adding fixtures to an existing low-voltage system is straightforward as long as the transformer has capacity.

Smart-controller integration?

Yes — most modern systems pair with smartphone apps and tie into Alexa/Google Home.

Maintenance?

Annual aim-check (especially after winter) and occasional bulb replacement. Minimal.
