Sod, hydroseed, and drought-tolerant grasses — properly soil-prepped, properly graded, properly watered. Lawns that establish in days, not months.
A new lawn that fails almost always failed because of soil prep, not watering. Compacted clay, poor amendments, no drainage planning — none of those problems show until the grass starts dying in July. We strip, amend, grade, and install correctly the first time.
We install Kentucky bluegrass sod (most common), tall fescue blends (drought-friendlier), and hydroseed where sod isn't practical. Drip-edge sprinkler integration is standard.
Standard Utah lawn — lush, dense, recovers from wear. Most common.
